Q: How Do I Access My Digital Download?

A: The download associated with your order should be available through your online account. If you log back in to your account, click on My Account (top right) and click on the “My Downloadable Products” link in the left menu, you should see links to any downloads that are available to you. You may need to scroll down or go to the next page of your downloads to access them. The download should begin automatically after clicking the link. If you did not create an account with us, an account would have automatically been created and you should have received an email with your password, but if for any reason you do not have your password, please contact us.

Please note that our site is not supported by Safari or Internet Explorer. It works best with Firefox or Google Chrome. The download files do not run on phones or tablets since most devices do not have unzipping software. You must download to a computer and then transfer to your preferred device.  Please note that downloads expire one year from purchase date.
