A: We are not responsible for packages shipped with any shipping method where tracking information is not available. If you choose to have your package shipped with such a shipping method and it does not arrive, we will not issue a credit or reship any items.
International: If your order is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products on the order (shipping charges will not be refunded) and notify you via email. If you would still like to receive the items, you must place a new order.
Domestic: If your order is returned to us, we will be in touch regarding how you prefer to proceed. Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges. If you prefer to cancel the order, you will only be refunded the cost of the items only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If the tracking information you receive shows that an item delivered and you still do not have it, please contact your local post office to see if they have any additional information. If they do not, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date to receive assistance. If 30 or more days have passed, we will be unable to assist.
