Q: What if an Item is Backordered or Out of Stock?

A: If you order an item that is out of stock or backordered, we will email you to discuss your options per the following:

Temporarily out of stock: We will let you know when the item will be available and give you the option of canceling or waiting. If you would like other items from the order shipped separately, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Permanently out of stock: We will cancel the item from your order, issue a refund and ship any remaining items. We may email you to see if you would like to change the order to another item. During the holiday season, we will treat all out of stock items in this manner.
