Q: Why was an item canceled and refunded from my order?

A: During our busy holiday season, when an item is out of stock, we make the decision to remove it from your order and issue a refund. This helps expedite shipping any remaining items on your order so that packages can be received in time for gift giving. Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to contact all customers for item change requests. However, if an item is removed from your order, you will receive an email with more information. We apologize for the inconvenience but we prefer to give our customers the opportunity and time to make other gift arrangements if affected.
