Q: I've sent numerous emails. Why haven't I received a response?
A: We answer emails in the order received. If you forward or respond to your own original email before we get the chance, our system marks the email as brand new and pushes it to the end of the email list. This prevents us from seeing the date of the original email and has reset when we can respond to you. In some cases, our system views multiple emails with the same message from the same address as spam and will remove the email entirely. Please rest assured that you will receive a response but during busy times like the holidays, it may take a little longer.
