Q: Why is My Order Being Declined?

A: There may be many reasons why your order is being declined. Our site is not supported by Safari or Internet Explorer; it works best in Firefox or Google Chrome.

Another reason may beĀ our Fraud Protection Service. Oftentimes, orders are declined due to the billing address entered on the site not matching the billing address associated with the credit card. Please double check that the billing addresses match; you can still enter a different shipping address as long as the billing addresses match. If the billing addresses do match, please let me know and we can proceed from there.

If you continue to encounter problems placing an order, an alternate way for you to checkout is to pay for your order via PayPal. PayPal is a very secure way to pay for items over the internet, and all that you need is a bank account or credit card to create a PayPal account. Please visit www.paypal.com for more details.

Also, please be assured that any pending charges showing in your account for the failed transactions should disappear within 3-5 business days of the order attempt. The funds are approved before the transaction is declined due to the Address Verification System not being accessible, so that is why pending charges may be showing in your account for the failed order attempts. As mentioned, these pending charges for the failed order attempts will disappear; we have no way to finalize the sale for the failed transactions.
